Qualifications

• At least two years of combined experience in legal practice, legal technology, law firm innovation, or an in-house legal function.
• A JD or prior legal practice experience, or experience working in legal technology.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, MCP servers, CLI tools, or code-generation tools; computer science degree not required.

Responsibilities

• Map customer commercial needs into tailored legal workflows on the platform.
• Review and validate AI-flagged legal issues for accuracy and completeness across documents and filings.
• Translate customer feedback and lawyer needs into clear product requirements for engineering.
• Improve prompts, modules, and automated workflows to make the platform more useful and reliable.
