Wingman Law, an AI-native personal injury law firm in California, seeks a Legal Operations Engineer in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will work directly with attorneys to improve how we run the firm and decide what to build to fix pain points for clients.

You’ll handle case and operational work, use AI tools and agents, spot recurring problems, test new tools, and collaborate with engineers to optimize processes that support our clients and team.

Responsibilities

• Handle case and operational work, including follow-ups, coordination, and communication.
• Use AI tools and agents, check their work, and bring legal questions to our attorneys.
• Point out recurring problems and help design or build ways to solve them.
• Try new tools in your daily work and tell us what needs fixing.
• Work with our attorneys and engineers to improve the processes you use.
