Responsibilities

• Administer and document all electronic billing appeals.
• Maintain vendor profiles for each e-billing platform.
• Meet with billers, ebillers and managers to discuss appeals.
• Generate and distribute e-billing reports weekly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve e-billing problems.
• Update and manage client websites.
• Communicate guidelines updates to Finance team and timekeepers.
• Coordinate with Collections to follow up on aged electronic invoices.
• Resolve rejected invoices within two business days.
