Job summary

HappyRobot is seeking a Legal Counsel to review contracts, IP matters, data privacy questions, and vendor or customer agreements for its AI voice and email agents. You will partner with product and operations to translate risk into practical business guidance.

A strong candidate has experience with software licensing and AI-related legal issues, plus the ability to explain tradeoffs to non-lawyers and support scaling across enterprise teams.
