Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and derivatives, with strong emphasis on producing actionable feedback for AI systems in fast-paced, cross-functional settings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions.
• Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and derivatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities
