YO AI Labs seeks an experienced General Counsel for a Legal AI project. This contractor role focuses on reviewing contracts, redlining, and negotiating exercises while providing expert feedback to improve AI-generated legal analysis.

You will evaluate AI outputs and help shape legal AI workflows, collaborating with research and product teams in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in-house experience in technology transactions, strong MSAs/NDAs/ISDAs/DPAs negotiation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house experience in technology transactions.
• Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and DPAs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable AI feedback.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
