Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting a New Legal Counsel for a growing global in-house legal team in North America. The role can be based hybrid from the Mesa, AZ, or Brookfield, WI locations or remote with some travel to the office.

The successful candidate will provide legal counsel on contracts, compliance, and regulatory matters, draft and negotiate agreements, ensure regulatory compliance, and advise management on legal risks. JD/LLM with 4+ years of experience is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of legal experience in-house or private practice.
• JD or LLM degree.
• Spanish or French language skills are highly beneficial.
• Experience in the industrial and manufacturing sector desirable but not essential.
• Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Legal Counsel should have:

• JD or LLM degree.
