Page Executive seeks a Legal Counsel to advise across industrial and manufacturing operations. You will review, draft and negotiate contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide management on legal risk in a global context.

This role supports cross‑functional teams and interfaces with external counsel as needed. The successful candidate will have 4+ years of in‑house or private practice experience, a JD or LLM, and language skills in Spanish or French.

The Legal Counsel will provide expert legal advice and support to the company's operations within the industrial and manufacturing sectors. This role involves offering guidance reviewing and negotiating contracts, advising on varied legal matters, ensuring compliance, and mitigating risks to support business objectives effectively.

The company operates within the industrial and manufacturing sector - this role can be based hybrid out of the Mesa, AZ, Brookfield, WI locations or remote with some travel to the office.

Description

The Legal Counsel will be responsible for:

• Providing legal counsel on a wide range of issues, including reviewing and negotiating contracts, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to safeguard the company's interests.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations relevant to the industrial and manufacturing sector.
• Advise management on legal risks and recommend strategies to mitigate potential issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide legal support on business transactions and projects.
• Manage relationships with external legal counsel when necessary.
• Stay updated on changes to laws and regulations that may impact the company.
• Assist in resolving disputes and managing litigation matters as required.

Profile

The successful Legal Counsel should have:

• JD or LLM degree.
