- Provide commercially focused legal advice across US and international matters (commercial contracts, compliance, corporate, IP, data protection, employment, litigation, construction and real estate).
- Support US operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external counsel.
- Manage and advise on regulatory and export compliance as applicable.

You will deliver commercially focused legal advice in the US and internationally spanning commercial contracts, compliance, corporate, IP, data protection, employment, litigation/dispute resolution, construction and real estate
You will bring strong commercial contracts (5+ years experience), commercial awareness and the confidence to engage across operations, sales, senior leadership and external counsel. Experience of export compliance would also be beneficial.
