Job summary

Crossing Hurdles seeks an experienced contracts professional to steer technology transactions and AI-related negotiations. In-house experience is required to review, redline, and craft favorable terms for complex technology agreements.

You will collaborate with product and research teams to shape data guidelines, provide expert feedback to improve model performance, and ensure clarity and precision in both written and verbal communications. This role demands strong analytical and legal expertise.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in-house experience in technology transactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and legal expertise.
• Proven commitment to innovation at the intersection of law and technology.
• Experience with MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs preferred.
• Ability to work with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced settings.
• Exposure to AI or legal tech is advantageous.
