Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced General Counsel with strong technology transactions expertise for a remote, contractor role. You will review contracts, perform redlining, and negotiate exercises while providing expert feedback to improve AI-generated legal analysis.

You will evaluate AI responses to contract scenarios, develop evaluation criteria, and collaborate with research and product teams to shape legal AI workflows. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house experience in technology transactions.
• Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and DPAs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable AI feedback.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
