YO AI Labs is seeking a General Counsel with strong technology transactions experience to support a legal AI training and evaluation project. You will review contracts, perform redlining and negotiation exercises, and provide expert feedback to improve AI-generated legal analysis.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in-house experience handling MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs and DPAs, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability translate legal expertise into actionable AI feedback in
