Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to the Legal department including meeting coordination, drafting contracts, preparing legal documents, coordinating due diligence efforts, etc.
  • Has full understanding of all functions under the Legal department with the ability to serve as the first point-of-contact for internal inquiries and elevate as needed
  • Supports legal research efforts by compiling data, organizing internal resources, coordinating external resources, and presenting on findings
  • Manages all legal files and documents; requires basic understanding of document retention best practices with the ability to audit and update files on a quarterly basis
  • Supports department leadership on various initiatives related to compliance, strategy, scorecards/KPI’s, etc. through project plan administration, monitoring progress, and communicating deadlines or project updates
  • Ability to present in a professional and engaging way to effectively train and educate team members
  • Supports and contributes to culture initiatives by participating in culture events and encouraging participation across the company
  • Provides mid-level assistance to executive leadership; includes complex and confidential administrative duties, special project implementation and coordination, performance tracking, reporting, scheduling, etc.

Position Overview

ADB is seeking a Legal Coordinator to provide administrative support within the Legal Department. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative technical skills, possess a high level of confidentiality and professionalism, be deadline and goal driven with a strong work ethic and ALL IN attitude to achieve results.

Roles And Responsibilities

Work Environment
  • Corporate headquarters is located at: 18777 US Highway 66 Pacific, MO 63069
  • This position operates out of a temperature-controlled office environment
  • This position may be required to use standard office equipment such as phones, computers, printers, etc.
Experience And Education
  • 3+ year of administrative support experience required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

The starting pay for this position is $23.00/hr. and may vary based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
