Qualifications

  • High school diploma required.
  • 1-3 years claims coordinator experience with third-party auto liability and property claims.
  • 3+ years of MS Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint in a Windows environment.
  • Experience with NetSuite or Monday.com preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the dedicated claims line and email for intake and response.
  • Processes USPS mail, invoices, and emails for intake.
  • Enters incident data, photos, and reports in the claims system.
  • Reviews estimates and reports and issues payments per policy.
  • Maintains detailed documentation and audit-ready files.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

ADB is seeking a Claims Coordinator to strategically lead corporate compliance. The position will be responsible for coordinating and supporting initiatives related to the receipt, evaluation, and processing on incidents and potential claims. You will be responsible for guiding our customers through the claims process with empathy, accuracy, and speed, making sure we create a fast, easy, and effortless experience. The ideal candidate will be innovative, customer and quality centric, with a strong work ethic and ALL IN attitude to achieve results.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manages the dedicated claims phone line and email, ensuring timely intake and response to potential claims.
  • Daily USPS mail processing of mail, invoices, and email to scan for intake and processing.
  • Enters incident data, photos, and reports in the claims system. Establish new claims by taking customer’s First Notice of Loss
  • Manage the prospective investigation and review of GL, Property and Auto claims to ensure payment integrity and provide immediate feedback on findings.
  • Request appraisals, estimates, cause & origin reports, and various other reports, and various other reports to assist in the investigation of the claim.
  • Communicate with customers using their preferred channel of communication (phone, email, text, or mail)
  • Review estimates and reports and issue payments as owed under the policy contract.
  • Adjust claim files with extremely high levels of attention to detail quality that exceed the expectations of internal/external auditor security, including ample documentation, regular dairy entries and quality application of coverage and compliance with all claims related laws and regulations.
  • Dependable and adaptable to operate within a fast-paced work environment.
  • Conduct reoccurring claims review meetings with leadership to quickly resolve open claims.
  • High level tier reporting on a weekly basis.
  • Performs other position duties when requested.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • This position operates out of a temperature-controlled environment (corporate headquarters) located at: 18777 US Highway 66 Pacific, MO 63069
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
  • The successful candidate will have a high school diploma.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of prior proven experience as claims coordinator with relevant experience with third-party auto liability, general liability and property damage claims.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience using Microsoft Windows on a PC including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Preferred but not required experience with NetSuite, Monday.com
