Base pay range

$62,000.00/yr - $119,000.00/yr

• Remote
• Salary Range: $62,100–$119,000 (DOE & Location)

This is a permanent and benefited direct hire position with one of our law firm clients

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor new business intake workflows from U.S. and offshore offices
• Review and summarize conflict reports to identify potential conflicts of interest
• Coordinate clearance processes with conflicts staff across offices
• Assist Supervising Partners and Conflicts Counsel in resolving conflicts
• Review updates to existing matters and lateral hire reports for potential conflicts
• Establish and maintain ethical screens; communicate updates as needed
• Maintain consent and engagement letter files; update relevant databases
• Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a large law firm; global firm experience preferred
• Experience working with large databases
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and interpersonal communication
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
