The ideal candidate has 3+ years in AR/billing, strong communication, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. This position supports a team focused on accurate invoicing and timely payments.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, billing, or revenue cycle management.
• Experience working with law firms, attorneys, legal departments, or other professional services organizations.
• Proven ability to resolve billing disputes and negotiate payment solutions.
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and collection best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with attorneys, partners, executives, and clients.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage accounts receivable portfolio and oversee collection activities to ensure timely payment of outstanding balances.
• Investigate, resolve, and document billing disputes while maintaining positive client relationships.
• Work directly with attorneys, law firms, legal staff, and clients to address billing inquiries and payment concerns.
• Review invoices for accuracy and coordinate corrections when necessary.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up on delinquent accounts.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to reduce aging receivables and improve collection outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of collection efforts, dispute resolutions, and account status updates.
• Escalate complex collection and billing issues when appropriate.
