• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with attorney clients to obtain updates and status on cases.
• Call attorneys, paralegals, and health providers to gather information.
• Calculate final balance amounts due and relay payment figures.
• Handle incoming attorney-line and provider calls.
