Wilhite Law Firm in Denver seeks an onsite support role for a fast-paced personal injury environment. You will schedule calls, request property damage estimates, gather subrogation ledgers, obtain medical payment ledgers, and relay treatment status to insurance adjusters.

Qualifications

• Critical thinking, time management, and organizational skills.
• Thrives in a high-paced exciting environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicable software systems.
• Transferable medical office or auto insurance office experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not necessary.
• Office – onsite role.

Responsibilities

• Schedule calls and statements with appropriate parties.
• Request property damage estimate and photos.
• Gather subrogation ledgers and communicate with carriers.
• Obtain medical payment ledgers.
• Provide treatment status to the insurance adjusters.
• Follow up, follow up, follow up.
• Plan documents, mailings, demands documentation, etc
