Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in pre-litigation case management.
• Auto accident claims knowledge is very helpful.
• Knowledge of personal injury law and insurance claims process.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicable software systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly case reviews.
• Perform client interviews and gather information for case development.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.
• Request, review, and analyze medical records and bills.
• Draft and send demand letters to insurance adjusters.
• Build and sustain excellent rapport with clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files throughout each case's lifecycle.
• Ensure clients feel supported and informed.
