The Wilhite Law Firm in Denver seeks a bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team in a hybrid, full-time capacity. You will conduct monthly case reviews, interview clients, gather information for case development, and liaise with clients, medical providers, and adjusters.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases across multiple attorneys.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in case management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly case reviews.
• Perform client interviews and gather information for case development.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.
• Request, review, and analyze medical records and bills.
• Draft and send demand letters to insurance adjusters.
• Build and sustain rapport with clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files.
• Ensure clients feel supported and informed.
