You will handle notices, discovery indexing, and routine filings to keep cases moving after client retention. Ideal candidates are highly organized, comfortable with deadlines, and able to maintain discretion with confidential information while learning criminal procedure and

• File Notices of Appearance.
• Download, organize, and index discovery.
• Prepare and file motions to continue and other routine filings.
• Run record checks.
• Handle court notes and follow-up scheduling.
• Contact treatment agencies and assemble documentation for deferred prosecutions.
• Follow up on missed payments and keep account records current.
• Keep case files current in our case management system.
