Job summary

Kisling, Nestico & Redick, LLC (KNR) seeks a Case Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of new cases. You will input data into our case management system, locate police reports, and create client files for attorney and paralegal teams. This role requires precise data handling and strong communication.

You will scan and attach documents, edit materials, and interact with investigators and medical offices. A high-volume phone environment and accurate typing are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to coordinate multiple tasks and calendars.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel for document handling and communication.
• Strong written and verbal English grammar and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and exercise good judgment.
• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Collect list of new cases and input data into case management software within established procedures and turnaround times.
• Locate and review police reports for accurate information.
• Create client files and distribute to Attorney/Paralegal team.
• Scan and attach documents to client files in case management software.
• Edit documents, scan and fax as required.
• Add providers from spreadsheets into case management software.
• Interact with firm investigators and doctors’ offices.
• Answer phones in a high-volume call center.
• Maintain regular, punctual attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.
