Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office and office equipment.
• Solid understanding of legal language, pleadings and processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and attorneys.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support on prelitigation files under supervision.
• Prepare and review documents; communicate with clients and staff.
• Assist with settlement paperwork and disbursements.
• Manage case logistics and maintain files for litigation transfer.
• Generate weekly reports and participate in monthly team meetings.
• Maintain consistent, punctual attendance and professional demeanor.
