Bowman and Brooke LLP in San Diego, CA is seeking a Case Assistant to support paralegals and attorneys in fast-paced, high-exposure litigation. This entry-level position offers structured training and a solid path toward becoming a case-handling paralegal.

The role requires strong organization, excellent MS Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities; it includes a 40-hour work week, some flexible in-office and remote days after training, and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred.
• Experience in a professional office setting required.
• Strong MS Office and OneNote skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Request documentation from auto dealerships related to case evaluations.
• Assist in document productions.
• Create and update case information in OneNote/database
• Enter billable time daily.
• Assist with trial preparation.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
