Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services in Orlando, FL is seeking a Legal Accountant to join its accounting team in a direct hire, onsite role. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounting experience in a professional services setting.
• Experience with legal billing and trust accounting is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong confidentiality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support daily accounting operations including GL maintenance and reconciliations.
• Process AP/AR, vendor invoices, expense reimbursements and payments.
• Monitor collections and aging reports; resolve billing matters with teams.
• Coordinate legal billing, prebills, client invoices, and billing adjustments.
• Manage client trust/IOLTA accounting and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with payroll, financial reporting, budgeting, audits, and controls.
