What The Junior Law Accountant Will Do

• Reconcile multiple bank accounts accurately and timely.
• Manage Accounts Receivable, including client billing and collections.
• Handle Trust and Fee transactions and prepare related movement reports.
• Assist with month-end close and reporting as needed.
• Support the Accounting Manager with daily tasks and special projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What The Company Needs In a Junior Law Accountant

• 1–3 years of accounting experience (law firm experience strongly preferred).
• Familiarity with Centerbase ERP system a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
