Job summary

Greenberg Traurig in Dallas is seeking a meticulous Legal Billing Specialist to manage end-to-end invoice production, ensuring accuracy, client compliance, and timely submissions.

You will edit prebills, generate high volumes in Aderant, submit ebills via EHub, address rejections, and collaborate with attorneys, clients, and staff; familiarity with Prebill Viewer and AI tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3+ years as a Legal Billing professional.
• Proficient with Aderant, Prebill Viewer, and E-billing Hub.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple invoices.

Responsibilities

• Edits prebills via Prebill Viewer and Aderant per attorney requests.
• Generates high volumes of client invoices in Aderant.
• Ensures invoices comply with client guidelines and includes supporting docs.
• Submits ebills via EHub with all documentation.
• Monitors rejections and appeals; addresses inquiries.
• Produces ad hoc reports and collaborates across teams.
