Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and law license.
• Experience in document preparation, review, quality control, or compliance.
• Excellent legal writing and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and quality-check IDR filings under NSA.
• Review documents and exhibits for IDR proceedings.
• Support cross-functional teams across departments.
• Coordinate deadlines and calendar for NSA filings.
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
• Support contract reviews, litigation, or regulatory needs as directed.
