6 Degrees Health is seeking a highly organized Legal Administrative Assistant to support NSA compliance efforts, including the NSA IDR Gateway, provider agreements, and payer communications.

The role requires 2–4 years in legal administrative support, an associate degree or billing/coding cert, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce is a plus. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and remote work stipend.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or billing/coding certification required.
• 2-4 years of experience in a legal administrative support role.
• Experience with healthcare compliance matters or provider-payer disputes.
• Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NSA and Appeals Inbox and manage follow-ups on NSA negotiations and IDR.
• Correspond with providers and client team; ensure timely updates and docs.
• Track NSA matters and maintain records for audits and reviews.
• Support internal SOP improvements for Legal and cross-functional teams.
• Create and schedule meetings and deadlines in shared platforms.
• Support special projects for internal health plan.
• Respond to first appeals.
