  • Exemplary planning and time management skills.
  • Should be able to work under deadlines and have some flexibility in work schedule to meet unforeseen demands.

Job description

SNELLING is seeking experienced legal professionals for a Paralegal/Legal Assistant opportunity with a successful and well-respected law firm. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ recent experience in the legal field working as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant. This position requires a high level of motivation, flexibility, initiative, attention to detail and the ability to follow through on ongoing projects. The ideal candidate should have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong and professional communication skills. The candidate should be friendly, outgoing, and able to work both independently and as a team player. This position will be performed in-office at the firm's location in Tyler, TX.
This may be a a direct hire opportunity, meaning that SNELLING will help facilitate the recruitment process and the selected candidate will be offered employment directly with the client. Alternatively, the client may opt to offer employment on a temp-to-hire basis. Compensation will be determined according to the relevant nature of the selected candidates’ education and legal experience.
