Paralegal (Litigation Support & E-Filing Specialist)

Nationally recognized, high-stakes litigation firm specializing in complex class-action lawsuits is seeking a highly skilled Paralegal/Legal Assistant to play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and compliance of an extensive caseload, with a strong emphasis on litigation support and electronic filing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Expert E-Filing & Court Filings: Serve as the primary specialist for electronic filing in the California court systems.
2. Court System Expertise: Possess a comprehensive understanding of the structure and procedural nuances of the California court system, ideally within the San Francisco Bay Area (e.g., Superior Courts, Appellate Courts, Federal District Courts).
3. Litigation Assistance: Provide litigation support as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Demonstrated expertise and proficiency in electronic filing (e-filing) within the California court systems is mandatory.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of California civil procedure and court rules.
3. Strong understanding of the organization and workflow of California court systems, with ideal familiarity with SF Bay Area court systems.
