Our client, an elite law firm in Sacramento, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their dynamic business litigation team.

Will be supporting attorneys in all phases of complex business and real estate litigation, including managing discovery, conducting research, preparing subpoenas, and assisting with depositions and trial preparation. The role requires experience with electronic legal databases such as Relativity, document review and coding, analytics, and trial presentation software, as well as preparing and filing court documents, organizing exhibits, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and providing courtroom support.

The successful candidate will bring complex litigation experience, a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program (or equivalent qualifications under California law), and proficiency in litigation software including CaseMap, TextMap, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and trial presentation platforms such as Sanction or Trial Director.

Trial experience, including witness and exhibit preparation, is strongly preferred.
