McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce LLP seeks an organized legal assistant/paralegal to manage foreclosure administrative tasks, draft documents, and coordinate with borrowers and clients. You will maintain electronic files, track service of process, and support attorneys in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires 2–3 years of foreclosure experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and case management systems.
JOB SUMMARY:
This position includes but is not limited to managing any and all administrative tasks associated with the legal process of foreclosure. The bulk of said tasks encompass timely correspondence with all interested parties, maintaining electronic files, preparing legal pleadings, following up on service of process, the utilization and maintenance of a variety of client systems, and addressing incoming calls. In this position you will need to possess the willingness to work in a team as well as the ability to be self-driven and work independently whenever needed.
