Valid8 Financial, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our New York team. This full-time role supports attorneys and paralegals with day-to-day case management, client communication, and administrative tasks.

Located at 1441 Broadway, 5th Floor, New York, NY 10018, the position offers growth into a Paralegal track, bilingual English/Spanish collaboration, and training. Hours are Mon–Fri 9 am–6 pm with benefits and opportunity for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Legal Assistant or Administrative Assistant in a law firm preferred (immigration law a plus).
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals; prepare correspondence, forms, and files.
• Schedule client appointments, USCIS interviews, and court hearings.
• Organize and maintain physical and digital case files; ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Manage calls, emails, and client inquiries with professional communication.
