Realtor.pm is seeking an entry-level Legal Assistant/Customer Service Rep to join our team in New York. The role combines legal/paralegal support with client communication, in a hands-on, in-office setting.

No prior legal experience is required as we provide training, with a starting pay of $21 per hour and a clear path for growth. You will handle client files, liaise with attorneys, and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must speak English and Spanish fluently.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Previous office or law firm experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and communicate with clients.
• Assist with opening and maintaining client files.
• Scan, upload, and organize documents.
• Perform general administrative and office duties.
• Assist attorneys and staff with daily tasks.
