A leading law firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide vital support to lawyers and paralegals. The position involves preparing legal documents and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Word. This full-time role fosters professionalism and teamwork in a supportive environment.
Position Overview: In this position, candidates will gain exposure to the legal field while providing administrative and clerical support to lawyers, paralegals, and other assistants. Prior to being placed in a specific practice area, you will learn the foundational skills needed to succeed in a law firm setting. Once placed in a practice area, you will further hone your skills to that specific law type. Key duties include preparing, formatting, and organizing legal documents. An eye for detail, accuracy and proofreading are necessary in this position.
