We work on behalf of sophisticated clients to: recover collateral, litigate deficiency balances, and enforce judgments. Initial responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Supporting attorneys in state court litigation and bankruptcy.
Communicating with clients, law enforcement, recovery agents, courts, and opposing parties.
Preparing, filing and serving documents.
Managing service of process.
