Account Recovery Specialists, Inc. (ARSI®) invites applications for a full-time Legal position at our Dodge City office. The role focuses on supporting court-related proceedings and consumer account resolution with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities include preparing for court hearings, documenting results, e-filing pleadings, handling high call volumes, and attending court dockets with attorneys while ensuring compliance with FDCPA, HIPAA, and federal/state regulations.

Qualificações

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with effective problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent driving record required.
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.

We are seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client needs, and helping consumers resolve account balances while representing our clients with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities may change at the discretion of management based on business needs.
