Responsibilities

• Manage assigned accounts receivable balances and monitor outstanding invoices.
• Contact clients regarding past-due invoices and balances.
• Conduct collection follow-up via phone, email, etc.
• Maintain professional client relationships throughout the collection process.
• Review billing activity via third-party platforms and identify discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate customer accounts, invoices, payments, and collection notes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing questions and discrepancies.
• Process approved account adjustments and write-offs per procedures.
• Monitor account activity and follow up on unresolved issues.
• Prepare and maintain AR and collections reports.
• Ensure records remain accurate and up to date.
• Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and client information.
