Qualifications

• Six years of experience in legal billing or collections is expected.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end client billing and invoicing.
• Experience with e-billing portals and vendor submissions.

Responsibilities

• Billing & E-Billing Management: Lead end-to-end client billing processes and validate revenue data in Fulcrum.
• Pre-Bill & Invoice Processing: Generate monthly pre-bills and distribute final invoices.
• E-Billing Submission & Resolution: Upload e-bills to portals and resolve rejections.
• Accounts Receivable & Cash Collections: Monitor AR and meet revenue goals; handle write-offs and postings.
• Client Service & Issue Resolution: Address billing inquiries professionally with clients and legal teams.
• Process Improvement & Special Projects: Improve AR/billing workflows and support ad-hoc initiatives.
• Team Management: Lead a 10-person billing and collections team.
