Jobot is seeking a Legal AR and Collections Specialist in Dallas, TX, for a hybrid, permanent role. You will manage client payments, maintain AR records, and coordinate with attorneys to resolve billing issues.

The ideal candidate has experience in legal billing or collections, strong MS Office skills, and excellent client communication. Candidates should be highly organized, discreet, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Legal AR, Billing, or Collections.
• Law firm or professional services experience preferred.
• Strong MS Office and legal billing/timekeeping proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Receive, apply, and record client payments accurately.
• Maintain legal AR records and aging reports.
• Investigate billing discrepancies with attorneys and internal teams.
• Communicate with clients about balances and inquiries (phone, email).
• Partner to improve billing, collections, and documentation processes.
• Maintain organized, accurate documentation and correspondence files.
• Balance multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
