Qualifications

• Ability to work well independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance programs by maintaining records, tracking activities, and documenting adherence to policies.
• Assist with compliance training administration, including monitoring completion.
• Conduct basic research related to regulatory requirements, policies, and compliance initiatives.
• Help identify, escalate, and track compliance-related issues while supporting remediation and process-improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support audits, reviews, reporting, and implementation of controls.

Through this immersive experience, you will: Learn how to leverage AI alongside human judgment to solve real business challenges and create value in your role. Explore the financial technology industry, gain insight into FIS's business, and understand how innovation is shaping the future of fintech. Engage directly with senior leaders and industry experts to learn about their career journeys, leadership philosophies, and perspectives on the future of work. Build practical AI-enabled tools, including a personal prompt library and role-specific use cases that you can immediately apply in your daily work.

About the Team:

Join a team dedicated to helping FIS maintain a strong culture of integrity, ethical business practices, and regulatory compliance. The Legal & Compliance organization partners with business, operational, and corporate functions to implement compliance programs, support policy adherence, deliver compliance training, monitor risks, and help ensure business activities align with applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards

• Conduct basic research and gather information related to regulatory requirements, policies, and compliance initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support audits, reviews, reporting activities, and the implementation of compliance controls.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study including but not limited to Business Administration, Political Science, Accounting, Finance, Risk Management Basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools and the ability to apply them effectively to enhance productivity, problem‑solving, and decision‑making.
• Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
