Job summary

FIS Capital Markets is launching the 2027 University Program in Atlanta. As a full-time participant, you will work on team projects, participate in professional development seminars, and collaborate with mentors to accelerate your growth in fintech.

This two-year program includes AI-enabled learning sprints, exposure to regulatory compliance, and hands-on experiences with cross-functional teams, all designed to build practical skills and prepare you for future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field including but not limited to Business Administration, Political Science, Accounting, Finance, Risk Management.
• Basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools and the ability to apply them effectively to enhance productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well independently and within a team

Responsibilities

• Support compliance programs by maintaining records, tracking activities, and documenting adherence to established policies and procedures.
• Assist with compliance training administration, including monitoring completion and helping colleagues understand compliance requirements.
• Conduct basic research and gather information related to regulatory requirements, policies, and compliance initiatives.
• Help identify, elevate, and track compliance-related issues while supporting remediation and process-improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support audits, reviews, reporting activities, and the implementation of compliance controls.

This two-year full-time program begins 2027 with a series of AI-Enabled Learning Sprints designed to help you accelerate your impact from day one. Through this immersive experience, you will:

• Learn how to leverage AI alongside human judgment to solve real business challenges and create value in your role.
• Explore the financial technology industry, gain insight into FIS's business, and understand how innovation is shaping the future of fintech.
• Engage directly with senior leaders and industry experts to learn about their career journeys, leadership philosophies, and perspectives on the future of work.
• Build practical AI-enabled tools, including a personal prompt library and role-specific use cases that you can immediately apply in your daily work.

About the Team:

Join a team dedicated to helping FIS maintain a strong culture of integrity, ethical business practices, and regulatory compliance. The Legal & Compliance organization partners with business, operational, and corporate functions to implement compliance programs, support policy adherence, deliver compliance training, monitor risks, and help ensure business activities align with applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards

What You Will Be Doing:
