Job summary

This two-year full-time program begins 2027 with a series of AI-Enabled Learning Sprints designed to help you accelerate your impact from day one. Through this immersive experience, you will: Learn how to leverage AI alongside human judgment to solve real business challenges and create value in your role. Explore the financial technology industry, gain insight into FIS's business, and understand how innovation is shaping the future of fintech. Engage directly with senior leaders and industry experts to learn about their career journeys, leadership philosophies, and perspectives on the future of work. Build practical AI-enabled tools, including a personal prompt library and role-specific use cases that you can immediately apply in your daily work.

About the team

We are building the next generation of software engineers, from the ground up. Our engineers will help shape how we build software, the tools and AI capabilities we use, and the engineering culture that drives innovation across FIS. As an early-career professional, you'll work alongside experienced technologists to solve complex problems, build scalable systems, and create products that serve clients around the globe.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study including but not limited to Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence
  • Basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools and the ability to apply them effectively to enhance productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making.
  • Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team
