Engage directly with senior leaders and industry experts to learn about their career journeys, leadership philosophies, and perspectives on the future of work. Build practical AI-enabled tools, including a personal prompt library and role-specific use cases that you can immediately apply in your daily work.
Join the People Office team, which helps attract, develop, engage, and support the talent that drives FIS's success. The People Office consists of Centers of Expertise (COEs), HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Compensation, Benefits, People Operations, and Workforce Planning teams that work together to deliver impactful people strategies and employee experiences. Team members partner with leaders and colleagues across the organization to support workforce planning, talent development, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and business growth.
Support day-to-day People Office programs and processes across areas such as talent acquisition, learning, employee relations, compensation, benefits, or HR operations. Assist with employee inquiries, documentation, reporting, and policy administration while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Analyze workforce and people data to identify trends, prepare reports, and support business decision-making. Partner with HR teams, managers, and colleagues to support talent, onboarding, development, engagement, and workforce planning initiatives. Contribute to process improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance employee experience, operational efficiency, and compliance with policies and procedures.
Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study including but not limited to human resources management, business, data science, communications, and management information systems Basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools and the ability to apply them effectively to enhance productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making. Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills Ability to work well independently and within a team
