Job summary

FIS Management Services LLC in Jacksonville, Florida, invites you to join the 2027 FIS University Program. As a full-time employee for two years, you will participate in AI-enabled learning sprints, work on team projects, community service activities, and professional development seminars designed to accelerate impact from day one.

You’ll gain exposure to consulting and implementations, learn FIS products and methodologies, collaborate with senior leaders, and build practical AI-enabled tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, MIS, IT, CS, Finance, Data Analytics, PM, Operations).
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Adaptability, eagerness to learn, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and consulting projects by coordinating activities, tracking deliverables, and monitoring milestones.
• Gather and document client requirements, business processes, and project needs for solution design and delivery.
• Assist with onboarding, configuration, testing, and go-live activities with clients and internal teams.
• Analyze operational processes to identify efficiency improvements and automation opportunities.
• Develop expertise in FIS products, implementation methodologies, and consulting best practices.

This two-year full-time program begins 2027 with a series of AI-Enabled Learning Sprints designed to help you accelerate your impact from day one. Through this immersive experience, you will: Learn how to leverage AI alongside human judgment to solve real business challenges and create value in your role. Explore the financial technology industry, gain insight into FIS's business, and understand how innovation is shaping the future of fintech. Engage directly with senior leaders and industry experts to learn about their career journeys, leadership philosophies, and perspectives on the future of work. Build practical AI-enabled tools, including a personal prompt library and role-specific use cases that you can immediately apply in your daily work.

About the team:

The Consulting & Implementations team partners with clients to successfully deploy, configure, and optimize FIS solutions. Team members work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business needs, support implementation activities, coordinate project milestones, and help deliver high-quality solutions. Through a combination of consulting, project execution, business analysis, and client engagement, the team helps organizations achieve successful outcomes while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What you will be doing:

• Support implementation and consulting projects by coordinating activities, tracking deliverables, and monitoring project milestones.
• Gather and document client requirements, business processes, and project needs to support solution design and delivery.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to assist with onboarding, configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
• Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, automation, and enhanced client outcomes.
• Develop expertise in FIS products, implementation methodologies, and consulting best practices while contributing to client success initiatives.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study included but not limited to Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Data Analytics, Project Management, Operations Management Basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools and the ability to apply them effectively to enhance productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
