Job summary

The Direct Hire Division of Consilio, LLC is recruiting for a Legal Analyst Supervisor in DC. This senior paralegal role leads the Legal Analyst team, recruits and onboard new hires, coordinates training, and manages performance for a 2-Year Analyst Program.

It includes mentorship and cross-functional project oversight within the Firm's Administrative management team. Responsibilities span staff scheduling, project staffing, and ensuring policy compliance, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least seven years of paralegal or related legal experience, including leadership/supervision.
• Strong communication with attorneys, clients and firm personnel; problem solving and deadline management.
• Thorough understanding of court rules, rules of procedure, PACER/ECF, and legal research tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Legal Analyst team, including recruiting and onboarding for the 2-Year Analyst Program.
• Coordinate daily operations, workload distribution, and long-range staffing for the team.
• Oversee performance management, coaching, evaluations, and interdepartmental collaborations.
• Provide senior paralegal expertise on complex matters and staff large-scale projects.
