Job summary

Tech Health Connect in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Legal Analyst to support the Legal Department with documentation, case tracking, research, records management, and administrative tasks. This onsite role requires 2+ years of legal experience, strong knowledge of legal terminology, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

The position is 37.5 hours per week with a contract through January 15, 2027, and pay in the $27.25–$30.75/hour range.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a law firm, government legal department, corporate legal department, or similar environment OR relevant Paralegal/related degree with applicable experience
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work onsite 37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Support foreclosure, bankruptcy, and other legal matters
• Track foreclosure cases and Sheriff's sales
• Prepare contracts, mortgage/lien releases, reports, and legal documents
• Conduct records and legal research
• Assist with contract amendments and legal correspondence
• Maintain case and project files
• Update contract information in SharePoint
• Support Legal Counsel with document preparation, filing, and transmittals
• Manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
