Job summary

Parker Poe seeks an AI Workflow & Skills Engineer to transform how attorneys and professionals work by building custom AI agents, automations and productivity tools. You’ll turn workflow needs into practical solutions, collaborating with the AI Enablement Manager and cross‑functional teams to deploy AI-powered tools across document management, practice management, email/calendaring and more.

This full-time role is based in Parker Poe offices (Charlotte preferred) with periodic travel to support

Qualifications

Associate’s degree or equivalent in CS, IS, data analytics or related field.
Experience building AI-powered solutions using Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or similar LLM platforms (prompt engineering, instructions, agent/tools).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
Experience with APIs, automation tools, and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript).
Familiarity with legal workflows and regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Translate workflows into AI-powered tools, automations and solutions.
Build, test and iterate on custom AI skills and agents using Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot and related frameworks.
Integrate AI tools with firm systems and create seamless cross-platform workflows.
Develop reusable prompt libraries, templates and scalable components for enterprise adoption.
