  • Embed human-review checkpoints, guardrails, and audit mechanisms aligned with governance, confidentiality, and professional-responsibility requirements.
  • Document testing protocols and outcomes; identify, log, and elevate risks and failure modes.
  • Support rollout into daily deal practice, including launch training and early support.
  • Own ongoing maintenance of production workflows and update prompts, retrieval sources, clause banks, and guardrails.
  • Develop and scale best-practice standards, use-case libraries, and playbooks for responsible AI use.
  • Track adoption, usage, quality, and impact metrics and recommend refinements or expansion.
  • Partner with transactional innovation, applied AI, legal engineering, knowledge management, information services, data and security, professional development, and vendor teams.
  • Serve as a technical translator among legal, engineering, and business audiences.
  • Stay current on generative AI, agentic workflows, transactional legal technology, and the vendor market.
